We are licensed by the State of Florida, The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, a Hotel/Motel License and we also have our Osceola County Occupational License. These License ensures that our vacation rental home meets the required safety, security and hygiene standards and it is required by law. The house is inspected annually to ensure compliance.

Reservations
To reserve your dates a $200.00 down payment is due at the time of reservation. This $200.00 will be applied to your agreed rental amount, The reminding balance is due 1 month prior to check in.

*The day of check in a $300.00 hold will be placed on your credit card, this is for the security deposit. The hold will be release after we have inspected the home for damages and the home is left in satisfactory condition.

*We do not charge fees for the use of credit cards

*No cleaning fee; However, if the house is left overly messy up to a $75.00 fee will apply.
