1. Why stay in a home and not a hotel?
Disney hotels can be very expensive, and you may need to rent more than one room. Our vacation home is located only 5 miles from Disney, and can comfortably sleep 8 guests + 1 baby. You will also have your own rooms and a private pool. This will all come at a fraction of the cost of a single hotel room at Disney.

 

 

2. Tell me about you?
We are fully licensed and we are the actual owner's of the home. We personally manage the property, So you wont have to deal with a burned out management company. We love owning our vacation rental home, and most of all we love meeting our guests. We have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. Currently we have one vacation home but are working on having a second one soon.

 

3. What if we have a problem with the home while we are there?
We live 15 minutes from the home and can be reached 24 hours a day. Please call us if you have any problem or questions.

 

4. Do you allow smoking in home?
No, we do not. Please remember that many people have allergies and also dislike the smell of smoke.

 

5. Do you allow pets of any kind in your homes?
No, we do not allow pets of any kind regardless of how well trained they may be.

 

6. What items should we expect your home to provide?
We provide Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Bath Towels, Bed Linen, Coffee Filters, Paper Towels (1 roll), Toilet Paper (2 rolls), Garbage Bags, Cleaning Supplies, Dish Detergent, Radio, Alarm Clocks, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Pamphlets for the attractions with Coupon Discounts, Navigation System (so you wont get lost)
Appliances – Toaster, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Stove, Washer and Dryer.

 

7. Do you provide Internet service?
Yes, We provide Wireless & High Speed Internet The home also have a Computer and Printer with Fax Machine.

 

8. How many TVs do you have in the home?
(4) TV’s one in the living room and one in each bedroom, we also have DVD player and movies

 

9. What item do you have for a small baby?
We supply FREE of charge: high chair, porta-crib (pack & play) and small stroller.

 

10. Do you provide sheets, linens, pillows, towels or should we bring our own?
Yes, we provide EVERYTHING, fresh and clean.

 

11. How far of a drive really, are the Disney theme parks and Universal Studios, Sea World?
We are 1 block from US-192, travel on this road for about 5 miles and it will takes you to the exit for the Disney parks. From there, you are on Disney property and need to follow the signs to the theme park of your choice!  We are only 10-15 minutes to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World.

 

12. What is the closest airport to fly into?
Orlando International Airport  is only a 25 minute away.
Orlando Sanford International Airport is about 45-55 minutes
Tampa International Airport is about 1 hour away. Dayton Beach International Airport is about 1 hour away.

 

13. Do I need to rent a car?
Yes, I would recommend it!!

 

14. Where can I rent a car and who has the lowest rates?
A little Internet research may be required on your part to secure the lowest rates, but it is worth the effort. Rent and pick up your car right at the airport and make the reservations well in advance of your arrival date to ensure availability. Florida car rental rates are generally among the lowest in the nation. If you have a large family or party, you can rent an SUV or a mini-van depending on how much space and seating you require. Tip: If you reserve an “economy” level car, and they do not have an economy level vehicle when you arrive, they will generally upgrade you to a larger vehicle for the same cost as the economy car, since that was what you had originally reserved!  This is a good money-saving tip I use all the time!

 

15. How do I obtain the keys & how do I check in?
Check in is simple, a week or two prior to your arrival I will send you an email with a 4 digit code (normally the last 4 digits of your phone number). You will need to enter the code into the key pad on the front door and then turn the knob and the door will open. Your code will be deleted after you checkout. This way, whenever you arrive at whatever time, you can just let yourself in and begin enjoying yourself immediately.

 

16. What time is check-in and check-out? Can I get an earlier or later time?
Check in is at 4pm or any time thereafter. Check-out is 11am or earlier. If you need an earlier or later time for check-in/check-out, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate you depending on availability, at NO additional charge.

 

17. Is there a shuttle or bus service to the Disney parks?
Yes, The Lynx buses run to and from the Disney parks, the price is $1.75 each way, per person. The bus stop is about a 10 minutes walk form the house. Note: Because these are buses, they make several stops along the way. The bus can therefore take 25- 35 minute to get to Disney. 18. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Order, Cashiers check and Paypal. We do not charge fees for the use of credit cards.

 

19. What is required for reservations and When do you expect the payment for our stay?  
To make reservations you will need to pay a portion of the rental amount, normally $200.00. The remanding balance is due 1 month prior to check in.

 

 

20. Do you charge a “Cleaning Fee”?
No, We do not charge a cleaning fee. We just ask you to pick up after yourself. We will come in after you check out will do the laundry, vacuumed the carpets, clean the bathrooms etc. With experience from past guest we normally find the home in clean condition. This is because most families don't spend a lot of time in the home, they are at the attractions or shipping.  However if the home was left overly messy, we would be forced to charge up to $75.00 fee.
